'Nose: Heather honey with smoke underneath. Salty again but everything softened by oak. Wet sails, oilskins, cough sweets, bitter orange peel, white peppercorn and Lochaber smoked cheese. Mature and rich. Complex.
Palate: Multifaceted, rounded and harmonious. Smoke is there but also a dense savoury fruitiness. Great balance.
Finish: Elegant and long with a little pepper.
Comment: Bold, subtle, sweet yet smoky. Class.'
