George Dickel Tennessee Whisky

A Tennessee whisky, bottled in bond from Cascade Hollow distillery. The distilling season was Spring 2007 and the spirits was bonded-in-bond. The story begins in 1897 when the Bottled-In-Bond Act became law. To be considered 'bonded' , the whisky must be from a single distillation season and distillery. The only alteration allowed is pure water to reduce the proof to 100 degrees and a minimum age of 4 years. As such, this bottling originates from the Spring 2007 season and is bottled at 13 years. 750ml 50% A.B.V.
